The vertical farms will be designed to work around our café where we will be sourcing food locally from our garden. We will harvest natural organic pesticide free food from our garden to supply fresh dishes that are in season at our café.
This gives us a unique urban design where we can prove the efficiencies of hydroponic vertical farming and bring organic high nutrient foods to our communities.
